OGRA Reduces LPG Prices for June 2025: Domestic Cylinder Now Rs2,838.31
Islamabad, May 31, 2025 — The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced a reduction in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) prices for June 2025, providing relief to domestic consumers across Pakistan.
According to the official notification, the per-kilogram price of LPG has been decreased by Rs4.62, setting the new rate at Rs240.53 per kg. Consequently, the price of an 11.8 kg domestic cylinder has been reduced by Rs54.60, bringing it down from Rs2,892.91 in May to Rs2,838.31 for June.
This marks the second consecutive month of LPG price reductions, following a Rs3.20 per kg decrease in May.
OGRA attributes the price adjustment to a 2.67% decrease in the Saudi Aramco Contract Price (CP) and a slight 0.35% increase in the average US dollar exchange rate. These factors collectively influenced the downward revision of LPG consumer prices.
The new prices will be effective from June 1, 2025.
