Hajj 2026 Registration Deadline Extended by Two Days – Now Closes July 11

Pakistan’s Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced an extension of the mandatory Hajj 2026 registration deadline from July  9 to July 11, in response to high demand and popular appeal. This move ensures that all intending pilgrims, including overseas Pakistani nationals, have adequate time to complete their registration.

More than 250,000 Pakistanis have already registered, with numbers expected to rise following the extension. Registration is free and can be completed via 15 designated banks nationwide or through the official online portal. Once registered, pilgrims will be eligible to choose between the government and private Hajj schemes, with final package details and costs to be announced later in line with the official Hajj Policy 2026.

Officials emphasized that this early registration aligns with directives from Saudi Arabia and reflects lessons from previous years, aiming to streamline logistics, improve quota coordination, and minimize last‑minute challenges. The additional two days now provide a fair chance for latecomers and overseas Pakistanis to secure their place.
