Your Day-to-Day Guide For a Blessed Hajj Journey!

Salam o Alaikum!
SubhanAllah, thousands of Muslims from across the globe reach the Holy cities of Mecca and Medina every year during Dhuʻl-Hijjah to fulfill the sacred pillar of pilgrimage. 
If you’re also one of the pilgrims heading off to Saudi Arabia, we’ve put together this handy day-to-day Hajj guide for you to ensure you’re ready to offer every blessed ritual well in advance.
So, let’s begin!

DAY 1 (8th DHUʻL-HIJJAH)
Enter Makkah in Ihram.Depart to Mina after Fajr prayer. Reach the destination before Zawal and stay there overnight.

DAY 2 (9th DHUʻL-HIJJAH)
Leave for Arafat after Fajr prayer. Reach the destination before Zawal.Offer Duhr in Masjid-e-Namirah.Leave for Muzdalifah after sunset. Stay there overnight and collect pebbles.

DAY 3 (10th DHUʻL-HIJJAH)
Offer Fajr in Muzdalifah.Depart to Mina to pelt Jamarah al-Aqaba (this practice is called Rami).Sacrifice animal.Shave/trim your hair, and also remove Ihram.Return to Kaaba for Tawaf-al Ziyarah and Sa'i (Tawaf-al Ziyarah can be performed before sunset of 12 Dhuʻl-Hijjah).Depart to Mina.

DAY 4 (11th DHUʻL-HIJJAH)
Offer Duhr prayer in Mina.Pelt Jamarah al-Ulta, al-Wusta, al-Aqaba (Rami) after Zawal.

DAY 5 (12th DHUʻL-HIJJAH)
Offer Duhr prayer in Mina.Pelt Jamarah al-Ulta, al-Wusta, al-Aqaba (Rami) after Zawal.Leave for Makkah. Reach the destination before sunset.Perform Tawaf al-Wida (If the pilgrim is not a resident of Mecca).
