Buckingham Palace has revealed that on 1 July 2025, Prince William, the Prince of Wales and Joint Patron of the Royal Foundation, will lead engagements in Sheffield to mark the two-year anniversary of his homelessness campaign, Homewards.
The initiative, focused on eradicating homelessness, enters its “delivery mode,” with the Prince set to visit Meadowhead School, which runs Upstream, a proactive program helping identify young people at risk of homelessness and provide early support.
In a letter commemorating two years of Homewards, William praised its achievements, stating, “There are now people who are no longer experiencing homelessness thanks to your tremendous efforts,” and encouraged staff to “Keep going!”
